How to Cancel Your Booking
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to chrisfordevents2024@gmail.com
Refund Policy
Please note that cancellations received within seven (7) working days prior to the market date are non-refundable.
Important: The 7 working day policy ensures we can manage stallholder spaces effectively and maintain event quality.
Event Cancellation by ChrisFord Events
If ChrisFord Events cancels an event (e.g., due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances), stallholders will be advised directly
Refund or transfer options will be communicated to all affected stallholders
Note: We will always try to provide as much notice as possible and work with stallholders to find suitable alternatives.
