Read the organiser’s conditions for your chosen event before booking a stall. They appear in the booking review and may differ between events.
Your event and site
Check the selected event, date, venue, site type, quantity and total price. Follow the event’s obligations, vendor requirements, setup and pack-down instructions. Ask Chris before paying if essential details or inclusions are unclear.
Safety and required documents
Provide the business and contact information requested for the booking. Food vendors must supply the documents requested for their event and check the requirements that apply to their business.
Health and safety requirementsConfirmation and cancellation
Keep your confirmed booking reference and check the next steps for your event. A pending payment is not a paid booking. Contact Chris with the existing reference if confirmation fails; do not assume you need to pay again.
