Event ticket conditions
Ticket conditions belong to the event you are attending. Read the event’s booking and cancellation terms before payment.
Before buying
Check the date, time, venue, admission type, quantity, price and any age or transport requirements. Review the terms presented at checkout. Do not book a market stall if you are buying admission tickets.
Your confirmation
After a successful payment, keep your ticket booking reference and follow the arrival instructions. Use the confirmation page to print or save your booking. If payment is still processing, check the same payment again instead of paying twice.

Contact Chris with your event and booking reference if you need help. The event’s cancellation terms and applicable New Zealand consumer rights determine the options available.
